The [email protected] team is a dedicated web development and support staff for all of MU Extension. Whether you need webpages for a new program or initiative or to update your content to keep it current, the team is here to help. In addition to creating and updating pages, they are available to consult on how to best present your information to Missourians in the online environment. Raising MU Extension webpages to the top of search results is a key goal of the team. They use their expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure that search engines, such as Google and Bing, not only index extension webpages and content but also prioritize this information in their results.

[email protected] also runs a help desk for MU Extension clients, website visitors, faculty and staff. The help desk offers support related to all aspects of the website, including event pages and online courses, and fields general questions, which they forward to the appropriate specialists for response. The help desk can be reached at [email protected] from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on university-observed holidays.

Let’s have a discussion so we can understand the problem you are trying to solve. We will advise whether an existing solution is in place within MU Extension. If none is in place, we will partner with ETCS and DoIT to conduct a comprehensive search to discover if an appropriate tool has been licensed anywhere in the UM System. Failing that, we will coordinate a scan of the marketplace to identify potential solutions.
