Human Resources Responsibilities: Develop and submit personnel requisitions", position announcements, and advertisements. Process faculty and staff vacancies insuring compliance with University policies and MU Extension approval process. Assist with reviewing and screening applicant materials, and correspond with applicant(s) as needed. Review salary offers, create offer letters, and initiate CBC processes. Upload documents in eRecruit for EEO compliance, and maintain applicants dispositions in eRecruit. Assist with tracking expenses related to the recruiting and hiring process for internal management reporting and analyzing. Maintain regional staffing plan, organizational charts, regional staffing maps, vacancy trackers, position descriptions and files. Provide back-up support when the Senior Human Resource Specialist is out of the office.
